Service Description
Retreat into nature for a half-day programme of yoga, wild swimming and mindfulness at the the beautiful setting of Divers Cove in Godstone, Surrey. Marking the Autumn Equinox, this retreat offers the opportunity to mindfully transition from summer to autumn. It's a time of year to ground and nourish after the busyness of the summer months, to release what's no longer needed, and to shift gears so you can savour the season ahead. All yoga takes place in a heatable room so we'll be cosy even if the temperature drops. You can take short lake dips and spend more time in the sauna if this appeals to you, or opt for a longer circuit around the lake whilst it still retains some of its summer warmth. Each retreat includes: 🌟Revitalising yoga flow to start the day 🏊♀️Wild swimming or dipping in the beautiful lake 🧖Sauna experience with essential oils ☕️Hot drinks and tasty treats 😌Replenishing yoga practice ✨️Blissful deep relaxation experience (yoga nidra) No previous experience of yoga or wild swimming required. You can opt for a shorter dip and more time in the sauna or a longer swim in the lake, rounded off with a sauna. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a yoga class and receive a refund as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. You may cancel a retreat as long as you give at least one week's notice. A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel within one week of the start date there will be no refund, but you are welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, please email annarookeyoga@gmail.com so the details can be updated. In the event of exceptional circumstances that mean I am unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable, you will be given a full refund or offered a place on another event.
