YOGA & WILD SWIMMING RETREATS
Join me for a delightful retreat in the beautiful wild setting of Divers Cove in Godstone, Surrey. These retreats combine yoga, wild swimming, sauna, and time out in nature, and are a wonderful way to revitalise body and mind, and to deeply relax and recharge.
Coming on a retreat is a great way to make some space for yourself, to do something totally different with your weekend and to connect with new people.
Some people come alone to a retreat and enjoy the space this affords them. Others come with friends, family members and partners, and take the opportunity to spend meaningful and memorable time together.
What to expect from a retreat?
Each retreat includes:

🧖Private retreat use of the wooden sauna pods
☕️Hot drinks, nourishing snacks and time to connect
😌Replenishing yin-style yoga
✨️Blissful deep relaxation experience (yoga nidra)
No previous experience of yoga or wild swimming is required. The yoga sessions cater to mixed levels including complete beginners. Confident swimmers can enjoy 450 or 600m circuits of the picturesque turquoise tinged-lake, whilst those new to outdoor swimming can take a dip at the water's edge, or a shorter swim.
All yoga and relaxation takes places in the yoga studio so we have a dry base no matter what the weather! Yoga mats can be provided if you need one. Tow floats and swimming hats can be borrowed at no extra cost. Hot drinks and wholesome treats are included.
