YOGA & WILD SWIMMING RETREATS

Coming on a retreat is an opportunity to take time out from the daily demands of your life so you can unwind your stresses and deeply recharge. I offer half-day yoga and wild swimming retreats at the gorgeous setting of Divers Cove in Godstone, Surrey, which combine the revitalising power of yoga, wild swimming, sauna and time in nature.

 

What to expect from a retreat?

This retreat will offer you time and space to reconnect with yourself and to recharge on a deep level. You'll unwind stress, revitalise your body and mind, and come away feeling relaxed and replenished.

Each retreat includes:

🌟Revitalising yoga session

🏊‍♀️Swimming or dipping in the beautiful lake

🧖Private retreat use of the sauna

😌Replenishing yin-style yoga

No previous experience of yoga or wild swimming required. This could be a great opportunity to try out either for the first time!
