I offer welcoming and inclusive yoga classes, workplace packages and retreats

I am a yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching since 2018. I believe that yoga has the tools and concepts to benefit so many of us, but sometimes the perception that we need to be flexible to do yoga can act as a barrier to trying it out. The way I teach makes yoga accessible to a wide range of body types, abilities and ages, offering the option to embrace challenge or take it more gently. My intention is to create a warm and playful environment in which people feel safe to explore new possibilities for themselves, without feeling pressurised to do so.


My classes combine breath work, feel-good flowing movements, asana (yoga poses), and relaxation, weaving mindfulness throughout, and facilitating a sense of deep connection. I love to draw on whatever is inspiring me, from the yoga tradition and beyond. I offer public and private group classes, workplace packages, one-to-one sessions and retreats. I also work with a London-based charity, teaching yoga to people in recovery from addiction.
