MEET ANNA

I offer welcoming yoga classes and retreats that allow people to connect with themselves, and access a deep level of wellbeing, contentment and ease.

I'm a yoga teacher dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga through a warm, welcoming and inclusive style of yoga. My classes combine breath, movement, mindfulness and relaxation, with a focus on inner connection and supporting people to listen to their individual bodies. I like to bring a playful quality into my classes, allowing people to tap into qualities such as lightness, joy and freedom - a great antidote to the stress and pressure of modern-day life.

 

I am an adventurer at heart and also hope to support anyone who wishes to explore yoga as a path to self-discovery, meaning and fulfilment, as it has been for me. I currently offer in-person classes, online charity sessions, and Yoga & Wild Swimming retreats in the Reigate and Surrey area. I am always open to new ideas and opportunities.
