I offer gentle and welcoming public classes, workplace packages and private sessions

I am a yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching since 2018. I believe that yoga has the tools and concepts to benefit so many of us but often people are put off giving it a go because they think they need to have a certain level of fitness and flexibility. I share a gentle and meditative style of yoga which helps people to work with the needs of their individual bodies. People of all ages come to my classes, including those who are looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing and those in search of something a bit deeper. The classes are friendly and welcoming and allow people the opportunity to find some space for themselves in the week. I offer public and private group classes, workplace packages and one-to-one sessions.
