Yoga & Wild Swimming Retreat

Service Description

Retreat into nature for a half-day programme of yoga, wild swimming and mindfulness at the the beautiful setting of Divers Cove in Godstone, Surrey. This retreat will offer you time and space to reconnect with yourself and to recharge on a deep level. You'll unwind stress, revitalise your body and mind, and come away feeling relaxed and replenished. Each retreat includes: 🌟Uplifting yoga practice to start the day 🏊‍♀️Swimming or dipping in the beautiful lake 🧖Sauna experience with essential oils ☕️Hot drinks and nourishing snacks 😌Replenishing yoga practice and deep stretching ✨️Blissful deep relaxation (yoga nidra) No previous experience of yoga or wild swimming required. You can opt for a shorter dip or a longer swim in the lake. Cost = £70 including snacks, drinks, swimming/dipping, use of the saunas and all yoga/relaxation sessions. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a yoga class and receive a refund as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. You may cancel a retreat as long as you give at least one week's notice. A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel within one week of the start date there will be no refund, but you are welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, please email annarookeyoga@gmail.com so the details can be updated. In the event of exceptional circumstances that mean I am unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable, you will be given a full refund or offered a place on another event.
