Yoga & Wild Swimming Retreat

Service Description

An opportunity to experience the revitalising power of yoga combined with wild swimming at the beautiful setting of Diver's Cove. This retreat is an opportunity to completely switch off from the demands of daily life, reconnect with nature and with yourself. The retreat includes: - Welcome and opening meditation - Uplifting yoga & breath work to start the day - Dip/swim in the lake - Sauna experience with aromatherapy oils - Hot drinks, nourishing snacks & time to connect - Replenishing yoga practice - Blissful deep relaxation (yoga nidra) You don't need previous experience of yoga or wild swimming to take part. The yoga sessions will be suitable for all levels and you can choose how long you spend in the water. You are welcome to spend longer in the sauna and just take a quick dip! ​ Please bring a yoga mat. I do have some available – just let us know in advance if you need one. You will need to wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in and have warm layers for after the swim. Cosy socks and a blanket are recommended so you can really savour your deep relaxation! Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a yoga class and receive a refund as long as you give at least 24 hours notice. You may cancel a retreat as long as you give at least one week's notice. A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel within one week of the start date there will be no refund, but you are welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, please email annarookeyoga@gmail.com so the details can be updated. In the event of exceptional circumstances that mean I am unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable, you will be given a full refund or offered a place on another event.
