Service Description
Research shows that meditation and mindfulness programmes delivered in the workplace reduce the effects of stress, anxiety and burnout, and improve health and overall performance. I teach a gentle style of yoga, which is suitable for all body types and abilities. I can tailor the sessions to the requirements of your office, working in small spaces if necessary.
